I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but it Took a bit longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just kinda slow.

They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel confused or left guessing, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d say it was a smooth and helpful experience.

I picked up a few parts from Farmertec, and they were decent at first. Everything worked fine out of the box, but I did start noticing some wear a bit sooner than I expected. For the price, it’s not a bad deal, but I wouldn’t say they’re super durable either. Average overall.

I did get through it eventually, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as I expected.

I did message support about one part, and they basically said it “should fit that model, but compare it with your original part first,” which was fair enough.

I ordered a parts kit from farmertec.com and fully expected to spend half the afternoon discovering that one tiny, absolutely essential screw had vanished into the universe.

But nope, everything was there. Screws, clips, gaskets, all the little bits that usually make these jobs more dramatic than they need to be. I checked it against the list before starting and didn’t have to run around looking for anything extra.
That alone made the whole job way less annoying, which feels like a small miracle. Shipping was fine too, but the real win was opening the box and not being betrayed by it. I’d order again.

It felt like the seller and shipping side were kind of passing the responsibility around, or at least not making it obvious who I should check with. farmertec does have good prices, especially when you compare their parts to the big-name brands. Some of the stuff really does feel like a bargain, and that’s what got me to place an order in the first place.
The value is a little hit or miss though. A few of the cheaper parts were just okay, not great, so it’s definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation. I’d probably buy basic parts from them again, but I’d be more careful with anything important. Also, the repeated verification steps got old fast — it felt like I had to keep proving I was a real person just to get through the process.
